We want all of our customers to have a great ordering experience with us. In the event your item is defective due to a manufacture defect, or damaged during shipment we will replace your item free of charge and ship your replacement right away.
To return an item please contact our customer assistance representatives within 30 days of purchase. You may use the Contact Us link on this page to request a return merchandise authorization form (RMA). You may also login into your account and complete this request online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accept items that have been opened, or used for refund. Used and opened items can be replaced with the same or like item. If your packaging shows signs of defect or damage, please do not open the item. Simply contact customer service for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form. In most cases your replacement item will be on it’s way to you before we receive your return.
